Clinical trial sites are plagued by high turnover and restricted by inefficient infrastructures. As a result, site staff are often overburdened and force to prioritize multiple patient-facing tasks, ultimately leading to the potential loss of study candidates and/or an increase in deviations. Working collaboratively with site staff to mitigate the risk of losing study participants, Melissa Ascencao, Senior Enrollment Specialist and Marisol Ocasio, Director of Patient Services, will discuss the efficient recruitment and retention strategies as developed and executed by ClinEdge’s in-house Enrollment Center. Through the implementation of these patient-centric tactics, as idealized by ClinEdge, sites are provided the foundation required in order to facilitate growth and generate revenue.
